| The challenge the architect faced on this project was designing a single story home to fit on a narrow lot with the garage placement to the side and rear of the building.
The final design features a wrap around covered porch that opens into an entry with a vaulted ceiling. The clerestory dormer window above the entry floods the area with natural light for a dramatic effect.
Sierra Pacific products chosen for this project include white clad casements, with simulated divided lites, as well as french doors which open to the living and dining areas.
