Available in our durable, extruded aluminum clad exterior in either Ponderosa Pine or Douglas Fir interior, this aesthetically enhanced unit offers superior performance and ratings.

PVC Bulb Weatherstrip

• Two at Head
  • One seals against exterior sash clad to prevent water build up at head
  • One interior for further reduction of air infiltration

• Ribbed bulb weatherstrip at stiles – seals against rigid weatherstrip on jambliner

Enhanced Clutch Mechanism

• 2 Sided clutch

Pivot Pins are mortised into sash

• Secured with the 2 ¼” screw that pins the sash joint
• Additional 1” screw anchors the top of the pin
