| The Talega Welcome Center was designed as the focal
point for this new development in San Clemente.
While the project architects envisioned a distinct look, they
were also operating within the constraints of a tight budget.
The Sierra Pacific team helped the architect balance product
and value for the perfect combination of cost and aesthetics.
The product mix includes large arched window composites as well
as doors sporting a sage green clad exterior that blends perfectly
with the exterior facade.
