Sierra Pacific is proud to have been the supplier
chosen to provide windows and doors for this Southern California
treasure. Nestled on the Newport Bay, this project was completed
in 2 stages and includes a private club as well as a Five Star
Hotel.
The private club features a bar, restaurant, racquetball facility,
workout gym, meeting rooms, guest suites for members and their
guests, and private boat slips.
The Five Star Hotel is open to the public and consists of single
rooms, suites, a ballroom, convention facilities, restaurants
and bars.
The
white clad product supplied for the project includes Outswing
French doors – both single doors with sidelites, as well
as double doors - and windows with simulated divided lites. Many
doors are 9’ tall for a graceful, stately facade. For the
rooms designated for accessibility, ADA approved sills and 12” bottom
rails were provided on the doors.
